CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer league giants, Highlanders are set to embark on a benchmarking tour of Europe.
Officials from the club are set to leave this afternoon to tour four European countries courtesy of their principal sponsor Sakunda Holdings.
Bosso officials hope to learn and familiarise themselves with international football best practice protocols.
The team also hopes to study leadership structures, training facilities and how to manage them as well as understanding match day processes including electronic ticketing among other issues.
The team first visit France where they will be hosted by PSG and will also have a chance to watch their upcoming Champions League match against Benfica.
They will then proceed to Barcelona, Manchester and Brussels where they will have similar engagements as well as have a chance to watch one of the matches to understand match day experience.
The Highlanders officials will conclude their tour by visiting academies in Belgium that are renowned for grooming talent.
