THE country’s participation at the Expo 2020 Dubai is achieving the desired results after Dubai-based billionaire Mr Shaj Ul Mulk arrived in Zimbabwe this Tuesday to pursue investment opportunities.
The visit comes after the businessman met President Emmerson Mnangagwa, government officials and other investors in the United Arab Emirates last month.
After several investment opportunities were showcased during the meeting, Mr Mulk expressed interest to come and see what is in store in terms of business portfolios across the country.
Mr Mulk is convinced that there are vast business opportunities in Zimbabwe and his visit is a testimony of a serious interest in local projects.
“I have come to see for myself and I believe the opportunities are there for everyone to see in terms of the available projects,” he said.
During his visit, Mr Mulk is expected to assess several opportunities in different sectors of the economy and assess their impact in terms of viability as well as potential to increase shareholder value.
