MIGHTY Warriors’ Coach, Sithethelelwe “Kwinji 15” Sibanda is confident that Zimbabwe will overturn their 3-1 deficit when they clash against Botswana in the return leg of the final qualifier for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations this Wednesday.

Coach, Sithethelelwe “Kwinji 15” Sibanda reckons her charges have learnt the hard way and can still turn the tables come Wednesday.

“With the right mindset, we can still correct our mistakes, go on and upset them in their home ground like what they did, but of course, it is going to be a tall order, so we need a mental fitness from the players,” she said.

After losing 3-1 in the first leg, the Mighty Warriors need to win by a 3-goal margin to qualify for the Women’s version of the Africa Cup of Nations set for Morocco in July.

The two nations have met six times before, with the Mighty Warriors winning four times.

The Mighty Warriors left for Francistown this Monday in a chartered plane, secured by the government through the Sport and Recreational Commission.
