PSL action resumes, as Ngezi, Herentals target going top of the log

Ngezi Platinum Stars will be hoping to go top of the log when they clash against Herentals in a Premier Soccer League match in Ngezi this Saturday.

The Platinum Miners currently have 4 points and a win will see them taking their points tally to 7.

However, Herentals will be no pushovers, as they have ambitions of their own.

Currently, sitting fifth on the log with four points just like Ngezi, the Students could also go top if they dismiss Madamburo.

In another match pencilled for Saturday, Chicken Inn host Tenax at Luveve Stadium in Bulawayo, with the Gamecocks aiming to add misery on the already struggling ZPCS side, who have just managed a point from two games.

Action on Sunday will see defending champions, FC Platinum aiming to continue with their 100 percent record when they travel to Bulawayo for a date with Bulawayo Chiefs.

The recently crowned Chibuku Super Cup champions have six points from two games.

In Harare, Harare City, who are on 13th on the log with only one-point play against Yadah at the National Sports Stadium.

Yadah are yet to collect a point and Sunday’s match presents them with a chance to turn around their fortunes.

All matches start at 3pm.
