Dynamos bullish ahead of Black Rhinos tie

HARARE giants Dynamos are bullish as they are set to revive their age old rivalry with Black Rhinos when the two teams clash in the Chibuku Super Cup quarter-finals this weekend.
Dynamos and Black Rhinos have fought many battles from the days of Stanford Mtizwa, the late Stanley Ndunduma and Misheck Chidzambwa as well as midfield maestro Moses Chunga.
While the times, players and circumstances have changed, the Glamour Boys are probably at their best in recent years after completing the group stage without defeat.
“We are happy with getting results, we have had fitness issues in camp but we found ways to win and we just need to build upon that because we already have a good base but we know it’s going to be a challenge against Rhinos,” said Tonderai Ndiraya, Dynamos Coach.
What makes the tie more interesting is that Chauya Chipembere has a number of former Dynamos players in Kudzai Dhemere, Tawanda Chisi, Blessing Mandimutsira and Tawanda Macheke.
Meanwhile, the Premier Soccer League has communicated to clubs on modalities of allowing fans into stadia.
Clubs are expected to sell their quarter finals tickets between Thursday and Friday and provide a detailed list of fully vaccinated fans who will be allowed access to match venues.
The tickets will be going for 20 United States dollars for the rest of ground and 50 United States dollars for the VIP section.
Fans can also pay the Zimbabwe dollar equivalent with all the quarterfinalists having been given 250 tickets each.
