Harare giants, Dynamos are eyeing Chibuku Super Cup glory with Coach Tonderai Ndiraya confident they will take their group stage form to the knockout stage.
Having topped Group one with a game to spare, Dyamos will face Black Rhinos in the quarter-finals with the glamour boys eager to go all the way in the country’s biggest cup competition.
Dynamos have 21 points from 9 games and head coach, Tonderai Ndiraya is focused on maintaining the winning mentality in the dressing room if the Glamour Boys are to win the coveted crown.
We have started to plan for that one already, it’s there, we know that it is coming, we have seen Black Rhinos several times so we have already started planning for that, we keep on preparing for the quarter finals. We are in quarts playing another quarter final, it’s a quarter final before the quarter final against Harare City, so I want my team to play these games with that mentality, he said.
Dynamos will face Harare City in the last group match at Baobab Stadium on Sunday before they prepare for their quarter final clash against Black Rhinos.
Harare City will probably give them the best preparation for the knockout stage with the Sunshine Boys going all out for three points to make it to the quarter finals.
Another team hoping for a place in the last eight is ZPC Kariba who face eliminated CAPS United at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The last round of matches in group one will however get underway with a dead rubber featuring Yadah and Herentals at the National Sports Stadium on Saturday.
