ZIMBABWEAN golfer Robson Chinhoi is on cloud nine after winning his fourth Safari Tour title in Kenya this Wednesday.
Despite a tight final round, the Zimbabwean golfer who had a slow start managed to sail through.
Chinhoi produced a two-under-par 70 in the final round of the second leg in the Safari Tour’s Season Four at the par 72 Vet Lab Sports Club course in Kenya.
The Zimbabwean won by two shots which led him to clinch his fourth title in a neck-to-neck battle this Wednesday.
Last season, Chinhoi won in three events of the tour as he bogeyed the second and third holes.
The golfer is delighted with his performance in Kenya.
“It’s always a good feeling to be given a chance but I’m feeling great, my game is back now as compared to my first tournament when I played in Congo, I was shaking especially inactivity the pressure was too much,” said Chinhoi.
The tournament attracted a field of 64 players though only 24 made the second round cut, to proceed to the last two rounds where not only money was at stake, but points towards the Safari Tour Order of Merit.
