In the euro 2020 quarterfinal matches lined up for today, Switzerland will take on Spain at 6 pm.
This is the first meeting between the two sides at the European championship.
Their three previous meetings in a major tournament came in the 1966, 1994 and 2010 world cups, with Spain winning the first two and Switzerland victors in their last encounter.
Belgium will battle it out against Italy in a potentially explosive encounter at 9 pm.
Favourites Italy and Belgium have met five times at a major tournament –with all four previous meetings coming in the group stages, in the 1954 world cup and the European championship in 1980, 2000 and 2016.
Italy won four times and drew once in their four games. Belgium will be banking on the services of Romelu Lukaku and Thorgan Hazard While Matteo Pessina might carry the day for the Azzurri.
Tomorrow, Czech Republic face Denmark AT 6 pm before Ukraine take on fired-up England at 9 pm.
