HARARE giants, Caps united have unveiled an informal wear partnership with a local clothing company at a function held in Harare this Monday.
The three year partnership will see Caps United receiving informal clothing which includes golf shirts, caps, masks and shirts from Kutaura Enterprises.
Makepekepe is getting the merchandise at production cost and will pocket 100 percent from the sales of the merchandise to the fans.
“The world over we see team merchandise available for fans and clubs make the most from that and this is what we are hoping for with this partnership with CAPS, the club should be able to make a significant amount from sales,” said Vijay Patel, Director for Kutaura Enterprise.
CAPS United Coach, Darlington Dodo is excited about the latest development.
“Teams that look good usually have more confidence and I am happy that my boys are starting to be recognised as role models, people look up to them so they must look good to be able to inspire,” he appreciated.
The pastures seem to be getting greener for the Green Machine after they also launched a website just weeks after unveiling a beverages sponsor for the team.
