Army side Black Rhinos have been equipped with the necessary ammunition for the Chibuku Super Cup after getting a playing kit from Fossil Agro Private Limited and Moonlight Funeral Assurance.
“This comes at the most appropriate time as football will start this weekend with the knockout competition. For the team to do well it is critical to support the team and incentive them in monetary terms to ensure they focus on doing well on the field. We continue to call our corporate partners to bail us in this difficult times as football thrives on gate takings, but because of the new normal we have to develop ways to fund the sport. Today we stand proud to have a team which is ready to compete and reach the top notch of the game. I implore you to be inspired by yesteryear greats of this tram who include Stanford ‘Stix’ Mtizwa, Gift Makoni and Kamuriwo among others. The ZNA teams should be guided by the principles and norms of the army as we inculcate discipline and integrity within our players. The partnership should deepen with winning games and become good brand ambassadors of our sponsors. To our sponsors, we are confident that we will represent your business cause very well as we carry your brands when we play in stadia,” said Brigadier General Ephias Mahachi, Black Rhinos FC Representative
Partners of the club gave assurance of their continued support to ensure the team thrives and challenges for honours.
“We would like to be represented by an equally competitive team hence the partnership and we pledge today that we have become a Black Rhinos supporter. We know that a hungry nation means a hungry team and we would like to make sure that Black Rhinos FC is well fed and catered for,” said Lorraine Rubaba, Fossil Agro Private Limited Marketing Officer
“This is not the first time we have come on board for Black Rhinos and we want to assure you that we will continue supporting the club not only this year but also beyond. It is our hope that this marriage continues to bear fruit and see the club performing wonders on the field of play,” said Dr Chomi Makina, Moonlight Funeral Assurance Group CEO
