Dynamos players and officials got vaccinated against Covid-19 this morning as they prepare to start training.
The Glamor Boys are set to start training this weekend and for the players, vaccination signals a return to normalcy.
“We are happy with the vaccination because it’s shows that we are resuming and as players we live on soccer,” says Dynamos Captain Partson Jaure.
Goalkeeper Simbarashe Chinani added, “We are 40% ready we were given pdfs by coaches but now it’s getting back to the real business.”
The club added a lot of players in 2020 but they are looking to do further business.
Coach Tonderai Ndiraya said, “We are looking to add a few more players yes we added but we are coming off along lay off so some players might not be as we thought.”
With Cranborne Bullets having conducted Covid-19 tests, it brings to 14 the number of clubs that are ready to resume training.
Defending champions, FC Platinum, Caps United, Ngezi Platinum, Black Rhinos, Chicken Inn new boys Whawha, Cranborne Bullets and Tenax, have all resumed training but giants, Highlanders are yet to resume training.
