THE Warriors are back in action this evening when they take on regional rivals Zambia in their final Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the National Sports Stadium.
Still basking in the glory of qualifying for their fifth Africa Cup of Nations, the Warriors will have to put that on hold at least for 90 minutes when they engage in the battle of Zambezi for what is now essentially a duel for bragging rights.
Although Warriors coach Zdravko Logarusic has already indicated that he will give an opportunity to some fringe players, nothing will be taken for granted as victory against Zambia will put the icing on the cake.
Spain based goalkeeper, Martin Mapisa could make his Warriors debut in goals as Talbert Shumba is expected to be rested.
Onismor Bhasera looks likely to continue at left back while indications are that Victor Kamhuka and Alec Mudimu will get an opportunity at centre back with Takudzwa Gilroy Chimwemwe retaining his position at right back.
Ovidy Karuru will captain the side in the absence of injured skipper Knowledge Musona in the only change expected in midfield.
Perfect Chikwende who had a perfect debut with the match winning goal against Botswana last Thursday will have to pass a late fitness test to feature in the match.
Meanwhile, Zambia has brought a full-strength side for the encounter which includes star forward Patson Daka who plays for Austrian Bundesliga club Red Bull Salzburg.
