Murwira sets eyes on Dembare deal

Utility player, Godknows Murwira says negotiations are underway for a possible renewal of his contract with Dynamos after his loan spell at FC Platinum expired in December.

Murwira feels he still has a lot to offer for the Glamour Boys and is keen to offer his services to the blue army.

“Negotiations are still ongoing and the probability is 60/70 per cent chances that I will sign for DeMbare. The club has been there for me when I suffered a knee injury so I feel I owe them. I am hopeful we will soon agree on terms and finalise the contract.

“However, I am looking forward to the return of football, this COVID-19 has disturbed us a lot, this is not our usual way of life, we survive, eat and sleep football so if we are not playing it becomes difficult for us,” Murwira said.

The versatile player once faced a lengthy spell on the sidelines following a knee surgery.

the absence of football last year due to COVID-19, However, came as a blessing in disguise for the 26-year-old utility player since it gave him enough time to heal without any pressure.

Meanwhile, Dynamos have reportedly opened negotiations with 11 other players as part of efforts to retain their services ahead of the anticipated return of football this year.

Several other clubs are also moving in to tie down players since most of the contracts expired at the end of last season.
