Senegalese side, ASC Jaraaf have arrived in the country ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup playoff round match against FC Platinum in Harare on Sunday.
Senegalese Premiership champions, ASC Jaraaf say they are here to compete and are eager to take the game to FC Platinum if they are to progress to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Jaraaf lock horns with Zimbabwean champions, FC Platinum in the second tier continental football showpiece playoff round at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday with the reverse fixture in West Africa a week later.
Soon after landing at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport in Harare this Wednesday, Jaraaf coach, Moussa Diatta says they are upbeat they will produce a favourable result.
ASC Jaraaf crashed out of the Champions League on away goals rule.
They won 2-1 away to Cote d’Ivoire’s San Pedro having lost 1-0 at home in the reverse fixture.
