NEWLY elected Zimbabwe Volleyball Association President Mxolisi Ndlovu says their main focus will be on growing the game through strengthening the administrative side.
The administrator was elected as the new president of the local volleyball governing body at the beginning of this month after beating Tawanda Sithole at the elective Annual General Meeting.
The Zimbabwe Volleyball Association (ZVA) has seen more administrators being elected to continental bodies and Ndlovu says it is now time to grow the game in Zimbabwe.
We had a deliberate approach to educate our administrators and we made sure that they get through the administrative courses ,now we need to focus on growing the game here in Zimbabwe,
We need more games for the national team and we are also going to bring back indoor volleyball as it had died but now we need to make sure we have it back, he said.
The association is in the middle of putting together a team that will make sure that volleyball resumes safely in the country.
