Vice President Retired General Dr Chiwenga has sent a message of condolence to the Mugoba family, on the passing of Major General Trust Mugoba.

In his message,  Vice President Chiwenga  said, “As I write from China, on behalf of my office and indeed on my behalf , I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to his beloved family , His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence forces , Cde E.D Mnangagwa and the nation at large”

General Mugoba was among the first group of officers to join the Special Forces from the ex-combatants at independence. He passed away on the 6th  of  September 2019, at the age of  60.
